    My Story

    Hi! I’m Carolina, and I’m passionate about healthy eating and fitness.

    A few years ago, I gained aboutĀ 10kg during university exam season. When I tried to lose the weight, I struggled a lot. Most ā€œhealthyā€ food I found was bland, unsatisfying, and impossible to stick to.Ā 

    That’s when I decided to try something different: recreating the foods I loved — likeĀ pizza, lasagna, carbonara, pancakes and (many) desserts — but in healthier versions that wereĀ high in protein and lower in calories.

    What started as a personal hobby quickly became something I loved doing. I began sharing these recipes online, and the response was incredible! The community grew toĀ hundreds of thousands of peopleĀ trying the recipes and getting real results themselves.

    Because these recipes helped me lose fat and build a leaner body, and ultimately improving my daily self-esteem, I decided to compile them into a book calledĀ Cooking Abs.

    After all,Ā abs aren’t made in the gym — they’re made in the kitchen.
