My Story
WHO AM I?
Hi! I’m Carolina, and I’m passionate about healthy eating and fitness.
A few years ago, I gained about 10kg during university exam season. When I tried to lose the weight, I struggled a lot — most “healthy” food I found was bland, unsatisfying, and impossible to stick to.
So I started recreating the foods I loved — like pizza, lasagna, carbonara, pancakes and desserts — but in low calorie & high protein versions.
It quickly became something I truly loved doing, so I began sharing these recipes online, and the response was incredible. The community grew to hundreds of thousands of people trying the recipes, and getting results themselves!
Because these recipes helped me lose fat and build a leaner body, I decided to compile them into a book called Cooking Abs.
After all, abs aren’t made in the gym — they’re made in the kitchen.
