WHO AM I?
Hi! I’m Carolina, and I’m passionate about healthy eating and fitness.
A few years ago, I gained 10kg during university exam season. When I tried to lose the weight, I struggled a lot — most “healthy” food I found was bland, unsatisfying, and impossible to stick to.
So I decided to start recreating the foods I loved — like pizza, lasagna, carbonara, pancakes and desserts — but in healthier versions that were high in protein and lower in calories.
What started as a personal experiment quickly became something I truly loved doing. I began sharing these recipes online, and the response was incredible. The community grew to hundreds of thousands of people trying the recipes and getting results themselves!
Because these recipes helped me lose fat and build a leaner body, I decided to compile them into a book called Cooking Abs.
After all, abs aren’t made in the gym — they’re made in the kitchen.
